St. Mary, a Christ-centered community rooted in Catholic tradition, empowers students academically, encourages selfless sacrifice, and nurtures learners to become a positive influence on others.
A good strategic plan is a roadmap. It is a method used to take an organization from where it is today and move into the future. Our Strategic Plan is a five-year blueprint designed to ensure that the St. Mary School System continues to grow and thrive.
This plan is the result of a year-long effort, incorporating feedback from over 600 stakeholders through surveys, focus groups, and
individual interviews.The issues identified were analyzed and refined during a two-day Strategic Planning Retreat to develop goals and
objectives across eight domains that now form our St. Mary School System Strategic Plan.
Over the course of the next five years the fruits of our Strategic Plan will become reality as eight active committees help St. Mary move
closer toward these goals. Each year, we will assess progress, make adjustments, and continue to move forward. Our results will be
open and available for everyone to see. We are excited by the work ahead and look forward to sharing our progress with you.
