May 2, 2025 - St. Mary School System is pleased to announce that Mrs. Kathleen (Kathi) Falk has been selected as the next principal of St. Mary Middle and High School, effective July 1, 2025.
A veteran educator and passionate advocate for Catholic education, Mrs. Falk brings 34 years of experience in Catholic schools, including 17 years in school leadership. Her extensive background includes roles as a classroom teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent.
“It was clear to the search committee that Mrs. Falk has a strong track record of improving student achievement, implementing effective policies, and bringing meaningful innovation to the educational communities she serves,” said Monica Hayden, System Director of St. Mary.
Mrs. Falk holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Francis University in Loretto, PA, and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida. She also holds Principal Certification.
Reflecting on her calling, Mrs. Falk shared, “To be an administrator in a Catholic school is to humbly walk the path as a disciple of Christ
in service to students, faculty, staff, parents, and our parishes. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping to create an environment that
balances curriculum between traditional learning and technology, between creativity and classic learning, while meeting the needs of all our
students.”
A formal meet and greet event to welcome Mrs. Falk will be held prior to the start of the 2025–2026 school year.
